Thanks to our self-modified machinery, we are able to deliver extremely flexible vacuum-moulding products with an extremely fast turn-around time (and therefore a reduction in costs) and affordable jig costs for small to medium-sized series.

The moulds are made from wood pattern plate, epoxy resin or (cast-) aluminium.

To do this we work as follows:

We will draw up a suitable quotation based on your request.

Once you have given your approval, further product details will be discussed with you and a proto-jig and prototype will be produced for you.

This prototype will also be discussed with you and can be modified if necessary. If you approve this prototype, the definitive production jigs can be made and then the series production can be started up.
